    Such sweet people that work here. From the initial greeting to very polite customer service. I recommend when you need a quick bite at the airport. breakfast burrito excellent!

    It's usually stupid early o'clock when I am at the airport flying cross-country and the employees here are always friendly and pleasant to interact with as I grab something quick to shove in my face before boarding.

    I usually get a breakfast sandwich and it's filling and tasty. I love that they have a turkey sausage option.

    Bottom line: My quick food stop of choice at BUF.

    Ate here for lunch yesterday with co-workers waiting for our flight and food was good, a little slow to come out but good. After I found out my flight got delayed for a few hours I stayed and did work at the bar. Carla was GREAT! She was super attentive, polite, to all guests, not just me. Really made it a non-standard airport experience and it was appreciated!

    Saltiest beef on weck sandwich eeeverr. The sandwich was topped with a ton of salt mixed with caraway seeds.  In order to eat it i had to brush it all off. And there was no horseradish whatsoever. So in essence i paid $13.95 for a small salty roast beef sandwich. You got me Buffalo Niagara International Airport,  you got me good.

    A shame because the girl behind the counter was really nice.

    Once again Queen City Kitchen in the Buffalo airport made our very early flight much happier. This place is clean, has a nice selection of food and most of all Bylee was cheerful and helpful to my kids even though it was 4:30am!
